At Diversified Check Solutions, LLC, we are devoted to always providing our customers with the most advanced technology in the check processing industry and at the same time requiring ourselves to always achieve the highest rankings in customer service.
Our signature technology is ACHeck21® software. Over 9 years ago, the first version of ACHeck21® was released under the name Check Data. It was installed in over 200 utilities, lockbox operations, cities, churches and other remittance applications.
In 2006, ACHeck21®, LLC acquired the rights to Check Data technology, who then gave an exclusive license to Diversified Check Solutions, LLC and relocated the company to Lake St. Louis, Missouri. We chose the name ACHeck21® because it fit the software so well. As the name implies, we support all Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions and Check 21 transactions. ACHeck21® is a suite of products, all of which talk to and operate through a vast core operating system located on our servers at a SAS 70 facility in downtown St. Louis with backup facilities in Phoenix, AZ.
DCS is proud of our ACH and Check 21 software – ACHeck21®. It has been image based for over 9 years and represents 16 years of experience. However, without our employees and our sales representatives ACHeck21® would not be the product it is today.
The employees and independent sales representatives that serve our customers are trained in providing not only technology but also business solutions and best of class service. Q) How do I know which ACHeck21 ® product is right for my business?
A) DCS will host a free demo for your business. As part of developing an ongoing relationship, we will go over your business type, what your needs are and which product would be best for you.
Q) How long does it take to get set-up?
A) After applying to DCS with our Merchant Processing Agreement, we will process it through our Risk Management Department. Once approved, DCS will issue you a merchant ID # and begin the integration process. You will be ready to begin!
Q) Do we have to buy scanners from DCS?
A) DCS has developed drivers for the majority of scanners now on the market to ensure seamless integration with our ACHeck21® Product. While DCS does make available both purchase and lease options for equipment, you may purchase equipment from outside sources or possibly use existing equipment.
Q) After we’ve signed up, what if we have questions in regards to the product?
A) In addition to the ACHeck21® product documentation, we make available to our customers in accordance with their Agreements both an online help desk or you can call 866-632-5415 for any assistance.
Q) What type of transactions does DCS interface with?
A) While the focus of our web-site is predominantly on check-processing, other vital complementary products are check verification, check guarantees, return check collection, and loyalty programs. There are a variety of modes of connectivity available, ranging from land lines, cable, satellite to other wireless devices such as handhelds.
